Non Interference

This is sort of a note for myself. Individual beings have a tendency to think that what they think is the best thing.  But a prudent person would avoid giving unwanted advise to others, especially when he/she has a lot of things on his plate. This universe is too huge to be impacted by a tiny little decision made a tiny little organism on one of the many planets in one of the many solar systems in one of the many galaxies of this mighty universe. So the next time if you think that someone can do better by doing a certain thing differently, just keep it to yourself.  You are not God. Let the things happen the way they are supposed to. When someone is fighting, when someone is angry, try to be indifferent to that scenario and walk off like it doesn't matter.  Why would you wanna involve yourself in such things. It ain't gonna give you something valuable.  Focus on YOUR life and perform your duty. Later!

The Critic

You would encounter a very varied set of personalities in your life, today I will talk about the one which I have been thinking about these past couple of days. Life is all about decision making. No matter whether you are a street vendor selling fruits or you are a chairman of a multi billion MNC or even if you are the President of a country, the basic task of a job is to make decisions.  And no matter how good or bad you are at the job, you will definitely encounter a critic . Lets take some examples, and for the sake of it I will talk about people who society think are successful, not that it matters. Imagine yourself in your 30s, you are working in a 9 to 7 Private sector job, and plus you are happy with where your life is heading, but there will be someone who will ask you things like "You must hate your job. Right", "How's your boss behaving with you", "Man, you could have done better than going with the herd" Now Imagine that you did not follow t...

I wonder

I wonder how they make it look so easy, connecting with other human being, its like no one ever told them its the hardest thing in the world, atleast for me.

Religion: Are we doing enough?

"Do you believe in God?", many seems to ask me.  17 years of my life I would have given a quick yes to that. Then a phase of 2 years in which I became a staunch atheist, acting the way a typical non-believer would. Be it arguing with people around me on their superstitious beliefs or bashing the stuff they consider sacrosanct or chatting with random people on Facebook groups on how stupid religion is and how atheism is the best way forward for human civilization.  How wrong I was and what a dogmatic thinker past me was. Today if anyone asks me the same question, the best I would be able to react is to stutter some um's and uh's.  I would argue that whoever created religion be it a human or a holy power, would not want us to even consider this question. At the very outset the question is irrelevant and destroys the original purpose for which religion originated.  Now I am not a religious teacher or an anthropologist who could give you the origins of a religion and gos...
